The Ride is a short drama for the bus industry. In it we meet Trevor as he interacts with his customers, work colleagues, friends and family. He learns that the skills and techniques he uses in his personal life are transferable to the workplace. Using the skills he already possesses to good effect, his day improves and he has a positive impact on his customers and the level of service they receive.

This training resource has been mapped to the National Occupational Standards in Customer Service, developed by
the Institute of Customer Service.

In The Trip we meet drivers 'Barry Right' and 'Barry Wrong'. Both take coach trips with identical routes and passengers,
but their behaviour produces very different results which demonstrates how good customer service works and the impact of poor practice. This training resource has been mapped to the National Occupational Standards in Customer Service, developed by the Institute of Customer Service.
